Essential information for inflatable rentals: bouncy fun for every occasion

What is Half Day vs Full Day scheduling and pricing?

Half day rentals are up to 5 hours. Full day rentals are up to 8 hours.
What time will the bounce house be delivered?

Delivery is scheduled for at least 1 hour prior to the start time of your event. We will confirm your reservation the day before with times for delivery and pickup. Pickup is scheduled for the end of your event or any time after, depending on routing and logistics.
Do I need to provide extension cords or hoses?

No. To Inflatables & Beyond will provide all equipment required to operate your inflatable unit. Please make sure your electrical outlets and water spickets are available as necessary. Please indicate any needs when confirming your reservation.
Can inflatables be installed on asphalt/concrete?

Subject to owner approval, inflatable unit request and weather conditions.

To Inflatables & Beyond is not responsible for filling holes.

Will I receive a refund if it rains on the day of the party?

There is no refund once the unit is delivered and setup.

Please refer to our inclement weather policy to cancel or reschedule your rental.
I have an in-ground sprinkler system, will this cause problems?

If you are aware of underlying water lines/electrical or gas lines, please communicate with the delivery team.

We are not responsible for damage as a result of the homeowner not being aware of underlying lines.
